About

Built by operators' partners, not by a lab

RestaurantOS is a product of Trionix Global — a full-service digital marketing and technology agency with offices in Mangalore, Bangalore and Doha.

Where it came from

A product born out of real client work

Across healthcare, education, real estate and hospitality, we kept meeting the same problem: teams running critical operations on a patchwork of tools nobody owned end to end. In restaurants it was worst — a POS here, stock in a spreadsheet, accounts somewhere else, and customer data scattered across campaigns.

We built the first version for a chain that was opening its fourth branch and realised it could not tell, on any given Monday, what the previous week had actually cost. RestaurantOS is what came out of that work, generalised for any multi-branch operator.

Our mission

Give restaurant chains one system instead of five — with compliance and auditability built in from day one, not bolted on after the first data request or the first disputed void.

Why we built it this way

Consent and audit trails are the product, not paperwork

Most restaurant software treats privacy and accountability as a settings page. We treat them as core records.

Privacy by design

Consent is captured per channel at the moment it's given, stored in an immutable ConsentLog, and enforced on every campaign send. If a guest never opted in to WhatsApp, no campaign can reach them there.

Full audit trails

Discounts, voids, stock adjustments, price changes and role changes are all written to an audit log with actor, timestamp and branch. Disputes end with a record, not an argument.

Isolation you can prove

Tenant and branch scoping is enforced at the database layer through Row-Level Security, so a misconfigured screen can't leak another chain's numbers.

Operator-first design

Screens are designed for tablets under pressure — big targets, few taps, no training manual required for a new server on their first shift.
