Billing FAQ
The questions finance always asks
How does billing work?
Plans are billed annually per tenant, with branch and terminal counts agreed up front. Monthly billing is available on Pro and Enterprise by request.
Is there a trial?
Yes — a 14-day trial tenant with sample data, so your team can run a real service shift before committing.
Can we export our data?
Always. Orders, inventory, ledger entries and customer records can be exported to CSV or pulled through the API on Enterprise.
Can we switch plans later?
Upgrade at any time and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so nothing breaks mid-quarter.
